Children’s Portrait Photography Nottingham – Project 52, week 6

In preparation for Valentine’s Day, I enlisted the help of one of my son’s best friends for week 6 of Project 52.

After school, we headed out with a couple of balloons and some chocolate lollies to capture some cute photos together. As always, I had an idea of the photos I wanted to capture and whilst I did capture some of those and I also captured ones that I loved more than the ones I had in my head! Again, it’s those moments with children that cannot be repeated and the photo I choose for this week’s photo is a true reflection of their friendship which captures them laughing hysterically together.

Photographing outdoors with children, I prefer to use natural light as this is less restrictive and allows children the freedom to move around. As this was early evening, we had to work really quickly before it got too dark and they did really well considering how cold it was so a big thank you to them both!

I hope this makes you smile and if you would like to see more from this photo session, please click here.
