Last week I gave you a sneak preview of Lizzie and Dean’s wedding at Swinfen Hall in Staffordshire and I’m now pleased to blog a full post on their wedding day.
Lizzie and Dean booked me a year ago after being recommended to me by one of their friends whose wedding I photographed in 2010. I then met up with Lizzie and Dean for their engagement portrait session at Swinfen Hall in March which can be viewed here.
Swinfen Hall is a beautiful venue for weddings and, despite the awful weather we have had throughout April, we managed to escape the rain.
Lizzie and Dean’s wedding photography started with Lizzie, her bridesmaids and family in the beautiful bridal suite at Swinfen Hall. We then went to meet Dean, his groomsmen and family who arrived at Swinfen Hall in a stretch Bentley. After taking some photos of Dean and the groomsmen we headed back up to Lizzie to continue photographing the final stages of her bridal preparations.
Following a beautiful ceremony, champagne flowed with the wedding party celebrating Lizzie and Dean’s marriage.
As you will see from the photos, Lizzie looked beautiful and I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Lizzie and Dean for choosing me to be their wedding photographer. It was a pleasure to be part of their day and I wish them all the happiness in their future together.
A big thank you also to Emma for assisting me on the day.
Music was played during the ceremony and the wedding breakfast meal by the talented Christopher Langdown at Romantic-Piano.
