I’m delighted to be able to share with you a wedding from last May of the lovely Kirsty and Mark at The Walled Gardens in Beeston Nottingham.
Having initially met Kirsty and her mum in 2014, it was lovely to start the day with bridal preparations at her parent’s house in Nottingham with her family and friends. The morning was very relaxed and a little emotional at times between the girls who were clearly all very close.
It was then onto The Walled Gardens in readiness for the ceremony which took place in the Sun Lounge. Following a beautiful ceremony, everyone walked across to the marquee. Although there was some rain during the afternoon, it didn’t dampen the spirits of Kirsty, Mark and their wedding guests and we were still able to capture some photos outside whilst it was quite light rain.
Following the speeches (including an impromptu one by Kirsty’s mum!), it was onto the evening entertainment with everyone thoroughly enjoying the night.
There was plenty of emotion throughout the day including tears and laughter and it really was a lovely day to be part of.
Kirsty looked absolutely beautiful and I wish both Kirsty and Mark a future of happiness together in the approach to their first wedding anniversary.
Once again, thank you to Kirsty and Mark for nominating me for The Wedding Industry Awards for which I was a regional finalist in the East Midlands.
If you are looking for a wedding photographer at The Walled Gardens or anywhere in the East Midlands (and, of course, further afield if requested!), please get in touch with me via my website. To view more of my work, head over to my wedding highlights portfolio.
