A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting Katherine and Matt at Elvaston Castle for the engagement portrait session. I first met Katherine and Matt a year ago when they booked me for their wedding photography at Norwood Park in Nottingham. All plans seem to be well underway for their wedding next month and I’m looking forward to photographing the big event.
For their engagement portrait session, we chose to go to Elvaston Castle in Derby. Elvaston Castle is a stunning place for a day out and I often go their for engagement and portrait sessions as it offers a variety of backdrops for photographs. There had been a covering of snow the day before their engagement session and it was a beautiful sunny day.
Here are a selection of their engagement session and I will, of course, be posting some images from their wedding day so please keep checking my blog for updates.
