Children at weddings | Candid moments

There’s a certainty when you photograph children at weddings … there are going to be plenty of photo opportunities.

The wedding of Charlotte and James at the Old Vicarage in 2016 was no exception with their gorgeous son (whose newborn photos I’d taken when he was a few weeks old) .  He was a real character and, after hitting (I mean playing with) his mum’s bouquet on the grass, he was seen here jokingly being led astray by the best men.

I love the little boy’s concentration on his face and also that the image is framed with his mum’s bouquet to the left of the photo.

At weddings, I’m always looking for moments like these which may not have been seen by everyone but which will bring a smile to their faces on viewing them.
