Norwood Park Wedding Photographer

I have great pleasure in sharing the wedding of Lucie and Barney with you which took place in September.

I started the day with Lucie, her bridesmaids and family at her parent’s family home in the beautiful village of Brant Broughton Lincolnshire. Everyone was really relaxed and looking forward to the day ahead.

It was a short walk to St. Helen’s church where the ceremony took place. Lucie, her bridesmaids and parents all walked to the church together and it really couldn’t have been nicer weather for them.

The service was beautiful and afterwards Lucie and Barney sped off in a very cool red TR4 to Norwood Park.

Lucie and Barney greeted everyone arriving at Norwood Park and when they had nearly finished, their friends brought them a gift to open which was a champagne sword….Lucie and Barney were both clearly delighted with this and Barney didn’t wait long to test this out which he did perfectly!

Following drinks and canapes on the gardens at Norwood Park, it was then over to the courtyard and gallery for the wedding breakfast meal. I know I say this quite a lot but I do love the speeches part of the wedding day. There were some great speeches by both fathers and the best man and I have to say Barney’s speech was beautifully worded.

Breaking from the traditional first dance, Lucie and Barney arranged for a folk band for the evening’s entertainment and everyone thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the dancing.

You will see from the photos below that Lucie is beautiful and looked stunning and I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Lucie and Barney for choosing me to be their wedding photographer. It has been a pleasure to get to know you and to meet your families and friends on the day and I wish you a future of happiness together.
