Engagement Shoot in Summer time

I recently met Arvinder and Hardeep for an engagement shoot in Nottingham.

Just as we arrived at Wollaton Hall, the heavens opened and it was torrential rain which didn’t look promising initially. However, with a little patience fast forward 30 minutes the rain stopped allowing us to walk around the grounds at Wollaton Hall and Park to capture photos of Arvinder and Hardeep.

Wollaton Park is just starting to show signs of Spring in some areas and, loving blossom trees as I do, I was really pleased that one of the blossom trees was in bloom providing a really pretty backdrop for some of their photos.

I loved Arvinder’s dress and the colour worked superb with the backdrops. As you can see from the photos Arvinder is beautiful and they make a wonderful couple.

Unfortunately, I am not available for the dates of their wedding which is such a shame as I would have loved to have been part of their wedding day too. I was, however, very flattered that they still choose me to photograph their engagement shoot which was a pleasure from start to finish and I hope the photos provide joy to each other and their families.

I received a lovely thank you message from Arvinder and would like to share a review which with you:-

“When looking for a photographer for our ‘engagement shoot’, I came across Alison Edwards. I feel really lucky to have stumbled across a photographer who is so talented but is also so humble and lovely with it. From the moment I made initial contact with Alison she has been extremely professional yet very laid back and approachable at the same time. Nothing is a problem for her and she has done everything she can do to meet some of my very specific needs. The shoot itself was a pleasure and Alison made us feel totally at ease. We are so pleased with the end result and cannot recommend her enough.”

Thank you for choosing me to photograph such a special time in your lives. It was a real pleasure meeting you and I wish you all the best for your wedding day and future together.

Thank you for taking the time to look and if you would like to book your engagement shoot or wedding with me, please get in touch.
