Newark Wedding at The Gilstrap

I recently had the pleasure of photographing Hannah and Cameron’s intimate wedding at The Gilstrap in Newark Nottinghamshire.

The weather on the day had been wet to say the least but by some sort of miracle, the rain stopped as I arrived at The Gilstrap and it held off for a couple of hours, perfectly aligning with their wedding times.

Following a lovely ceremony we went into the gardens of the registry office for some family photos. Everyone then headed off to the next location where they were having a meal whilst Hannah and Cameron had some couple portraits.

Newark Castle has had some renovation work/scaffolding present for quite some time now so it was nice that this had been taken down as it allowed for some portraits with the Castle in the background.

It was a pleasure to photograph Hannah and Cameron and I wish them all the best in the future together. I’ve shared below some of my favourite photos from their wedding and, as you will see, Hannah looked absolutely beautiful.
