Wedding photography at Rutland Water Golf Course – Jemma and Joe

At the end of June, I had the pleasure of photographing Jemma and Joe’s wedding at Rutland Water Golf Course in Leicestershire.

I started the day with Jemma and her family at her home where everyone was really relaxed and then went to see Joe and the groomsmen before they left for St. Peter’s Church in Empingham.

Following a beautiful ceremony, which included singing by a gospel choir, everyone made a quick dash to Rutland Water Golf Course as it had started to rain when we were leaving church and although it was raining, it didn’t dampen the spirits leaving church.

Fortunately, the rain didn’t stay around for long and for the remainder of the day it was beautiful weather.

Following the drinks reception came the speeches and then a buffet.

It wasn’t long before the evening entertainment began and Jemma and Joe started the dancing with their official first dance with their friends and family joining them soon after.

Jemma looked stunning and Jemma and Joe make a wonderful couple clearly highly thought of by their family and friends.
